Every individual is unique, with their own goals, strengths, and aspirations. That\u2019s why we take a person-centered approach<\/strong>\u2014ensuring individuals have control over their lives while receiving the support they need to flourish.<\/p>\n

We balance what\u2019s important for a person<\/strong> (health, safety, well-being) with what\u2019s important to them <\/strong>(personal goals, relationships, and preferences). Having personal space and a place to call home is an essential part of well being. \u00a0At CLA, we offer a range of residential services<\/strong> designed to support adults with intellectual disabilities in living fulfilling, independent, and community-oriented lives.<\/p>\n

We provide several living arrangements to meet the needs and abilities of individuals requiring support:<\/p>\n

Group Homes & Group Living Supports <\/h4>

For those who benefit from a shared living environment, our group homes offer a welcoming space where individuals live with a few unrelated housemates. Support is available up to 24 hours a day, tailored to each person\u2019s needs and abilities, ensuring a safe and supportive home life.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Supported Independent Living<\/h4>

\u00a0For those ready for greater independence, our supported independent living program provides assistance with daily activities while allowing individuals to live on their own. Participants receive 2 to 10 hours of support per week, helping with tasks like meal preparation, budgeting, or community engagement.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Family Home Program<\/h4>

This option offers a family-style living arrangement<\/strong>, where individuals move in with a carefully matched host family that shares similar interests, needs, and lifestyles.
